Happy New Year and all that...

Sorry to have been M.I.A. for sooo long.... but as Mike so eloquently put it....work...sleep....poop....etc...

So...I get distracted for 3-4 months...and someone goes and TOTALLY changes the site around...and dumps the old member list...!!!???

WTF!!??

Well anyways....it's good to be back .....I've obviously got LOTS of reading to catch up on....

Soooo....news here....

North-Eastern N.C. SUCKS ASS!!

I was traveling up to Suffolk VA on X-Mas eve....got stopped for sporting Windshield Squirter Lites (white).....The bastard made me cut em....Aparantly whatever bumfuck county he was patroling doesn't put up with such foolishness...(nevermind my out of date inspection sticker....bald front tires...etc...)

RUINED MY NITE!!!!

Now I have new plans for all extraneous lighting to be wired to a kill switch for when I leave my home county.....

I hate cops. (he was polite about it though. If I lived in his county he woulda made me rip em out for confiscation...not just cut the wires)

anyway...

Uhhh....spent too much $$$ around the holidays....so not much to report.....but since it's been awhile (and my family hooked me up for X-Mas) ...

Got Weapon-R Dragon Intake...Megan Racing Creamic Headers....last fall....(refresher)

For X-Mas got TYC Jag-Style Black Tails and some RActive Strut Tower Bars...plus lots of garage goodies ....and my mother-in-law has embroidered a set of Dickies Coveralls with the "Powered By Honda" logo and an "Accord Racing" logo...how sweet is THAT!!!

If I could FINALLY save up the loot for the Skunk2 Megapower i been planning on for the last 5-6 months I would be happy ....well....not really....cuz I need new brakes...new suspension...new tires...and feel ashamed to be rolling on the 16' stock steelies i'm on (yeah....sans wheel covers....TACKY!!!)... :confused:

Looks to be an expensive year....hope I can get something together by spring!!!

anyway...i've just re-logged on and will be spending my nights prowling the forums trying to catch up.....

I had the same thing happen to me in VA! I was like 2 miles away from the NC/VA boarder, after visiting with my fam, and stop at a gas station beside a wendy's to fill'r up. There were 2 un marked parked in front of the store, but i didnt pay'em two cents. So me and GF go in to get some gurb and I just happen'd to get a donut and milk. Well i left after that. Then like 2 sec later this car whips in behind me and hits his lights. He told me that my lights were blue and highly illegal. I told him the neon was purple and the squiters were white reflecting off my paint. Then I told him that I'm not up to date on my VA laws, He said he did care, (%^*&%). I got out of the ticket my promising not to have them next time he see's be, so i had to switch put in for that. Lucky he didnt see my stobes. Oh by the way dont have any lights in SC either, they hand out tickets left and right down there. ANYWAYS, i'm with mike for a NC meet sometime.
