so i'm coming home on the freeway and this ford taurus comes up behind me speeding but the freeway ends (520 in redmond) and its one lane so he's stuck behind me. the upcoming light is a three lane light, 1 turns left, 2 turn right. we both turn right xept he gets in the lane next to me. i look over and am thinking to myself, am i seeing this? a dark green taurus with tinted windows, dipped chrome 18"s, dual chrome tipped exhaust, a giant fiberglass wing on the back and a full lip kit all the way around. it was honestly one of the ugliest cars i've ever seen. aright, so there are no cars coming so we both turn right at the same time and i'm not going fast but he floors it anyway and i think hell no so i floor it too. i caught up to him right away and at 30 had passed him, at 50 he was trailing by a few car lenghts and at 70 he was still trying to catch up by about 6 car lengths back. then i noticed i was going 75 in a 55 so i slowed down and let him catch up. i turned off at my turn and he went straight.

in hindsight i keep thinking to myself...what the eff was that guy thinking wasting all that money on an ugly car that was slower than an almost stock accord (all i have is a sri).

peopel waste so much money..stupid domestic piece of crap ford. i hate ford, so worthless.

yeah i raced a ford the other day....lol.. but i had to go buy a new pair of shoes afterwards... i was running, wore out my shoes an he still couldnt catch up......LMAO.... but on the serious side, this kidthat lives out this way has that ford svt or whatever it is an it is all fixed up... he has JON RAUSH "mustang parts" in on on the engine, it is pretty quick... but that guy you are talking about, come on now he needs to belinched... the things ppl do to their cars sometimes.....

Man you guys kill me with these stories sometimes. Cuz when I read them I start getting a visual and I get into it more as i read on.....then I hear "I caught up to him right away..........and at 30......." Then i stop and say "WHAT?!?!?....30mph?!?!" And then it just throws me all off course. Hahaha, sorry y'all I get into my reading a little too much I guess.

Ahhh beachgirl got jokes. Naw I'm not trippin on numbers its just funny how i am visualizing a race and then the mph caught my attention. I forgot that you were turning a corner. Like I said, I dig everyone's experiences, its just that the numbers caught me off guard that's all.
