Has anyone heard or have used this stuff call Steel seal. Apperently if you have a blown head gasket your supose to add this stuff to you coolant and run it through a bunch of times untill your car stops blowing white smoke (sealed gasket). I was just wondering if anyone knew if it worked and how good it does, it sounds like it's possible, but it's to good to be true, you would probly have to do it every so often....

Well to be honest its better than a thousand dollars to just get it fixed. I'd say its worth a shot. Sorry about the bad luck.

Yea I'm really lazy, plus it's my sisters car, and i dont give a shit, We have the car basicaly all apart engine wise, and theres parts you can't get to so you have to drop the engine, and i don't wanna do it on that car, It's one of those Pontiac Grand Am's 4 cyc.I wonder if it becuase I would do neutral drops while moving and slam it back into first, it cherp the tires once on the 3 spd. auto.(I'm not bragging, just saying I found it funny when I did that, the next day it was burning white smoke like the bat-mobile) but it is worth a shot, i wonder though if anyone has used it before though...

Well I have not, but give it a try. Can't hurt.
