Anyone ever messed around with one on a F22? I've never even seen one for sale. If yes, where did you get it?

I'm not exactly sure what your question is? There's lots of things you can do to a throttle body. For one, replace it with an aftermarket one. They are usually bored out to 65-70mm or so and polished and I think the stock size is 62mm (can't remember). Also, upgrading/modifying the intake manifold could also benefit you.
BBK makes a 70mm model here:

I know JG-Edelbrock makes them but I don't know about for our car?
STR has a few here:

Hope that answers it.

Would those fit on our engines? plus with the Throttle body positioning senor? Becuase I went looking for ones and I never saw one made for our cars, They all said for Acura, Civic's or B18A, B18B, B16, and H22, and I heard that the H22 ones would fit, but you couldn't use cruise control. I ended going with KMS which the said they just boar it out and smoothen down the plate for $200, he said it was like a 65mm. But it took like 2 months delieverd because they couldn't get one for the F series....bastards, But it seemed to help a lil, if the other ones fit, i wish i woulda bought those instead, a 76mm would be real nice.....
Heres the link for KMS:
