Upgrading an F22B1 ??

Hello guys.. i just bought a honda accord 94' with 2.2L SOHC VTEC engine..
I read that it only got 145bhp

I was wondering if there are any ways to change its hp to 180..
without making any monster upgrade or expensive

all the bolt ons! did you want 180 to the wheels or just 180hp

ya stick around a while, you will see there is alot to do with the grandma cars... even though you will read alot of posts where we are jut bsing, you will find alot of usefull post mixed in there as well... the best things to do with the stok motor to see the best gains with minamule cost is H/I/E an then cams pulleys an so on... but just make sure that you do it right the first time around, dont do it half ass like i did with my car at first..your wallet will love you for it later... lol
