Whats your escape from reality?

I have to say my escape from reality is driving. I havnt smoked anything in over a year, and I rarly drink now even though I dont even have my own car. I fucking love to speed though. Over christmas I was at this party and this drunk chick was asking me do I drink? I said no. She said do I smoke? I said no. She was like what do you do then? I said Speed. Her fucking eyes lit up like no way..... then I was like no no, I only speed in a car... then she was more impressed but then I ruined it by just blabbing on by saying only driving not the actual drug so I didnt get no play from the drunk hunny whatever I had a girlfriend at the time anyhow.

But yeah even though Im just bring up random pointless shit, well that is basically the topic of everything I ever bring up so whats new.

Back to my main topic, I just get this rush from taking corners as fast as the car will let me befor I go and screw things up.

same with me...u should see the shit i let slide by sometimes. I've almost been hit head on like 4 times because of ppl not taking the correct turning lanes but i've only honked my horn like 4-5 times in anger throughout my 4 years of driving. Back on topic tho, classical music and video games are my escapes

I am a delivery driver here, and when i get home I drive as fast as i can taking it to red line just because I can and its my car not my work truck...( I would never recomend a delivery driver as a job to any one that likes driving now) And as for my co-pilot she hates it when I drive that way so its only for a limited time....well just enough to get way in front of the people I've just pissed off, then I do it again....Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Whoaa, I just reread what I wrote about my driving habits and it made it sound like I drive like a fucking nut everywhere I go. Not true. Thats only late at night when about 70% less cars are on the road so I dont piss off as many people. But seriously, no I just love driving, I dont care how fast Im going or how slow just sitting in the drivers seat , getting to depress the clutch, put the car in first then drive off is natural high for me. Damnit DARE actually worked on me SCREW THE SYSTEM!!!!!

my escape from reality latly (as in the last 5 years) has been not just driving my car to the limits, but working on it an others cars as well... just last week i did some work on a gsr for a guy i know... shaved the side moldings off shaved the emblems, an molded a custom made spoiler.... my next project will be to stat building my side of the shop better to work on cars, been thinkin about trying to save up for a good hydro lift an ish... but as you can tell my escape is cars.. wow what a surprise hu...lol... well cars an 594 if anyone knows then good, if no to bad.... :D

yah, thats a true thing right there... for most car enthusiasts, the true escape is actually working on the car itself...

but i get what u guys mean for the whole delivery thing... i used to deliver (when our driver was sick) at robocar (when i wasnt doing sales of course)... i would go get body kits, exhausts, turbos, wheels, tires, u name it... i got it.. but the drives ran all the way around southern california... made me kinda glad that i had the in car navigation to work with.. hehe that was fun to play with
