tail lights

here's another one... does anyone know if you can pun the rear license garnish (http://www.discount-auto-parts-store.com/auto_body_parts/honda-accord-1992-bodyparts---H700301.html) on an accord 2dr trunk and fit the 4dr tail lights??? it's a smaller peice to paint then doing the whole trunk lid swap...

ive seen someone whos done that, but u need to cut part of ur trunk lid to fit it, it doesnt just swap out or anything. the work ur gonna save painting only that piece instead of the whole lid will be made up by all the work u gotta do fitting it. i say just get the whole trunk lid :\

cpmike has got it. It would be less of a headache to just get a 4-door trunk, it bolts right up.

thanks... i wanted to do the trunk swap... but the cheapest price to get it painted was at maaco for $200... on top of that the junk yard also want's to charge me $200 for a dented up trunk... that's $400 just to put some tail lights in... like my screen name says... "imcheap" thanks...
