I have been looking around for the right kind of springs or coilovers without spending a lot of dough and i cam across the products of DropZone, i was just wondering if anybody have used these products or have an opinion on them, because i don't know anything bout em.

I think dropzone is gay. My friend bought them for his civic along with Tokico Blue's, cuz they were hella cheap and the ride sucked major ass. If I were you, I would just save up for GC coilovers, or Tein, or Eibach sportlines, etc. I say save because your suspension is vital. Some people will buy cheap intakes and exhausts and even headers, and those kinds of mods may or may not add horsepower. But suspension is way more important and needs to be taken under much more consideration before "aftermarketing". The last thing you want is messed up suspension, so really really think about what you are going to use before you do it. Thats my take

dont buy dropzone...dont buy anything thats not really a name brand when it comes to auto parts because the name brands in this case know what they are doing and the cheap no names are what you pay for, cheap no names that dont perform worth crap.

H&R, eibach, go with those two if you want springs.
bilstein, tokico, koni, go with those if you want shocks

do some research before buying anything. and, researching means do not read what the company has on its website and decide from there. read through these forums, there is a lot of info here to be found.

thats my 2 coppers

cheap product = no product testing and design
the spring rate is not designed for your car so the ride will suck and it will damage the rest of your suspension! trust me i've been there and done that.
its funny how these supervalue companies figure the spring rate for a 88civic is the same as a heavy ass 98accord. point proven!
do it right the first time and u won't regret it
. . . . buy tein!!!

Listen to these guys. I been there also, i went from a Eibach Pro-Kit springs to a generic Racer Design cheap $129 coil-over. I just wanted to be able to adjust the ride height w/o paying big bucks. Boy, am i sorry. I bottom out on everything. Its bouncy as hell, probably cuz the spring rate is wrong and too small cuz the stock springs are much beefier and wider. I should've went the Eibach Sportlines for a decent 1.8" drop or a NEX suspension coil-overs.
