In Goochland VA (about 40 min. outside Richmond and 45 from Charlottesville)
3 Bedroom / 2 Bath House
Riverfront property (private boat launch and rope swings)
4 acres.
Oil heat
Well water
Lots of privacy
Train tracks do run through the property, but that doesn't bother me any
Separate one car garage
and more
Monthly rent would be either 1/2 or 1/3 of total rent, either $425 each (two residents) or $283 each (3 residents). Also 1/2 or 1/3 of phone and electricity would need to be covered as well
