Need a rebuilt transmission...

I recently took my car to the shop because i was hearing a loud noise that sounded like it was coming from the wheels but soon did i find out that the gears in my transmission are grinding. How the hell this happend i have no clue but i need a new tranny quick anyone know where i can get one..?

auto or manual? just pick one up at junkyard you can get an accord tranny for about 200 starting

or you can get the h22 transmission for starting around $400. just my thoughts
