I was wondering if anyone new how to clear the O2 sensor warning light on the dash w/o taking it into a shop. I have been playing with my header and exhaust and now the light will not shut off. I may have a small air leak by the sensor but am not sure if I can reset this light by myself or not. Also does anyone know where I can find a Flange diagram for the front flange on the catalytic converter so I can make a gasket to fit this w/o having to take it apart and measure and draw out a template.

When you say you've been "playing" with your header, what exactly do you mean? Is it a true header or stock manifold? Give more details about your car. To clear codes in your computer, you have to disconnect the battery for about 5 minutes or so, then reconnect it.

It is a true Header. I cannot find the right gasket for the flange between the cat and the downpipe so I am working on making a gasket for this area. Also I had to add a O2 sensor bung to the header so there may be a little leak in the weld which is causing the sensor light to come on. So this is what I mean by playing with the header.

Usually a header will come with a exhaust flange gasket (every set I've ever bought). There could be a leak in the weld, or there could be a leak at the head. I dont think a leak at the flange would throw a code since it is past the O2 sensor. Have you had the engine scanned? If not, go to Autozone and have them scan your system. Post what codes came up.
