Are strut tower bars actually helpful on a street driven vehicle? Will it change the handling of the vehicle even at under 100 mph? Thanks.

yes they will change the handling of the car under 100mph. They are more suited for turns and keeping the body from rolling to one side to much, for instance u made a quick right turn and ur car's weight will shift to the right side of the car, thus lowering the right side and raising the left side sometimes it raises the left side enough to make the tires lose contact and thus squealing begins. I took my front and rear strut bar out after i installed my shocks/springs combo and i felt almost unsafe in most turns and on-ramps. Since i got used to the solid body feeling when they were in, if felt like the car was almost unstable without them. U don't have to get the overpriced units as long as its metal basically, i got my front for $35 and the rear for like $18 and there diffently is a difference and u'll be able to take challenging turns alot faster and alot less scared

Yeah, got mine off ebay. Apparently its JDM too (ooooooo!!). It was only $6.99 for the bar itself, but all together shipping an everything it was like 25 or somethin. So i think i got a good deal.

and u won't really need to worry about the rear lower tie bar unless ur anal like me. It ties 2 bars together underneath the chassis but the entire gas tank acts like the exact same thing so even if u do get it u won't really feel a difference i'm told...still...i'm getting one when i decide i haven't done a mod in awhile

yea some cars need to be lifted on one side in the front if the strut bar doesnt want to go in, when you lift it up it goes in pretty easily. I can give you all instructions if you want, I still got mine around somewhere when I bought my Neuspeed strut bar.

I got the tower bar put it, but where does the rear bar go? I don't see any bolts in the trunk to put it in across. Is it under the back or something?

Ya flip your back seat down, right inside take those plastic pieces out then pull back the material. There will be a metal bar, just behind that is where you connect it. Just put mine on a lil bit ago...was kinda tricky, but i can tell a huge difference with both the front and rear bars installed.

How would you align the holes to the strut bars? I'd been having hard times.. Let me know what's the tecnique.. I've tried almost all.. thanks!!
