I think around 25-35HP?? Correct me if I'm wrong. How much do they want to get it done?

This is an awesome question. Port and polish jobs can add various amounts of power dependent on the way the job is done. How much larger with the intake and exhaust ports be? Are there any angles formed at the inlet and and outlet of each port? There's lots of variable, but all-in-all, this would be a good power-gainer on basically any engine.

dont fully polish the intake manifold
theres supposed to be some turbulance to make the A/F mixture right

Porting the intake manifold, intake ports, and exhaust ports should be plenty. Definitely don't polish the inside of the intake manifold for the reason stated above, but polishing the exhaust and intake ports is definitely a good idea.

25-35 hp with only a CAI and exhaust? Somone plays GT3 too much. Try 5-10. 25-35hp gains are possible but you need more mods (ie internal engine mods). Unless Honda just left a butt load material that chokes up the engine, then you wont get much gain.

I was talking about other mods too, the more mods you got, the better the gain
