Is there any way that on our 4th gens, we can advance/retard the fuel pressure regulator amount? Maybe not...i dunno..

here's no way that I know of without buying an adjustable one, but I'll look into it a little further. You really don't need to mess with it unless you put different injectors in. If you decide to mess with it at all, I suggest installing an air/fuel meter that is set acurately cause you can do some serious damage if the motor doesn't get the air/fuel it needs. As long as you stay within a "safe" range, you should be fine tinkering with it.
