I was planning to buy some Skunk2 coilovers for my Accord, but was told that the car would be bouncing around alot because of the size of shocks used on the Accords. Is this true? I don't really want to get springs because I want to be able to adjust them for certain weather conditions.

I can't tell you from experience, but that's one "reason" why I didn't get coilovers. I do know that if you're going to use the stock struts they won't last very long. And your suspension might or will be bottoming out more often than before. I'm not trying to sway you in any particular direction but I came across an interesting article comparing coilovers and lowering springs. But I don't know......I'll ask my friends and see what they have to say. Hmmmmm, thinking about it, most of my friends have coilivers.......

I'm no expert on coilovers but it's a pretty good thing to have. I've had my tokico illumina shocks for about 5 months and they're awesome. I also have coilovers on them and it doesn't bounce around that much if i have the shocks on a lower setting.

DO NOT GET COILOVERS!!!!!! I HATE HATE HATE COILOVERS! they bounce like shit then start to drop more after a few months and then eat your nice costly shocks to shit in a few more months.

Thanks for the advice ;) . No more coil overs I guess unless if I have a lot of extra cash to get new shocks or maybe just springs, but I like the idea of adjusting the ground clearance.
