Yea! I need a roommate! My current friend/roommate is moving out the end of this month and I need to find a replacement. I'm about 30 mins outside of Richmond in Goochland. Riverfront house with Spring time right around the corner, 4 acres of land, and lots of other good stuff. It'd cost less than an apartment monthly and you'd have tons more space and privacy. Not to mention you'd be rooming with the "Accord god" himself hahaha. I can tell you right now, this house is a pussy palace!
