dude this may sound funky but try it..........take your bulbs out, and cheack the harness where the bulbs connect, Ive seen on some accords as well as other cars with age, This nasty what looks like peanut butter type corrosion accumulates around there and gorunds out the wires, check that out and if thats the case clean it out real good with some qtips and goo gone

anasowner.. that dont sound funky at all yo.. that is what i was about to post when i read this thread.. good ish... it sounds definatly like it is the conection problem to me.. i had the same thing happen but with the highs instead... i cleaned them out with qutips an it worked fine after that.. if you do this, an it still is going on, then you might wanna check the wires themselfs as well...

did you try pressing on the connection pretty hard when it is on the lightbulb.. sometimes that will help... (thats what i had to do with my moms acocrd) it works fine now.. the wires where coming lose from the connection, so maybe check that as well....

its over bye bye accord
dont make me cry :( ......
well i figured it out, dont laugh..
i guess both of my headlights blew at the same time only they looked intack, and the replacment bulb i tried to swap in (to c if it was the bulbs) was no good either. after studying the bulbs, i noticed that there are 2 bare
wires going from the base to the bulb and on all of them one of theses wires was cooroded and burnt, so i ended up doing the 9005/ 9006 conversion cuz these arte the only bulbs i had layen around.
as for the conversion, i used my stock stanley high beams, and they produce way more light than my forty dollar wanna be hid's. i recomend this swap if you need more light... works great.

what do you mena.. you took the highs an placed them in to where the lows would normaly go.. i did that before.. it works realy well.. but the cops will pull you over if it is to bright.. so watch out...
