hey does anyone know if when you go to court for not having proof of insurance on you when you get pulled over if they call on the insurance when you give them the card to show that you had insurance cuz i gotta go to court for my exhaust and that on wed if not i want to go tomarrow.

as far as i know u just gotta show the insurance card and as long as the dates match up 2 show u were insured at the time u were pulled over, then u should b cool, good luck

thanks.....i just hope they dont call because i had the card but i didnt pay that months insurance...so the date i have on it matches up

well my muffler was taken care of 10 doller fix it tickek...sucks when there was nothing wrong with it in the first place... insurance..welll put it this way i didnt have it when i got pulled over and my sis in law was suppose to make a a card saying that i had it and she never did...so i pleady guilty to that..but since i have insurance now the fine is 336....im gonna make payment on it though so i will be able to pay it off. JUST REMEMBER DONT GET COUGHT WITH NO INSURANCE YOU WILL GO BROKE IF YOU DO !
