Has anyone done or know of anyone that has done this swap??
if yes....what are the parts I need to do the swap and conversions if any???

why? its just a f23, if you swap anything it should be, h22, h23 or f20b. ithink it would cost too much for someone to do the swap because no shop would be familiar with it.

What model 6th gen is it? Is it an h23 of f23?

it's an f23....the shop where I'm buying the motor from is telling me that it should drop rite in and all I need is to get a distributor and an ecu from a 94-5 vtec motor.

Is there something wrong with your f22... what model f22 is it? do you just want a manual car? hell, i'll give u my f22 manual tranny. It needs 2-3 gears and synchros replaced plus a clutch and i'll give u the MT ecu also if you just pay for shipping for both. I think it would be around 60-70 bucks to ship if you live on the east coast. You wont see any real power gains from the f23. its only 10 more hp. the kicker is that you need to buy all the AT to MT extras to convert.
