diferent suspension kits ride diferent than others... you needed to ask the questions to the people you bought it from before you bought it...

using stock shocks and struts with lowering springs/coilovers generally do match up together so I suggest looking into new shocks and struts. Checking with the manufacturer of the springs will be good too. Sometimes youll buy a cheap lowering spring and it turns out the factory ones are actually stiffer.

Don't waste anymore money on shocks. Your springs are shot and from the sound of it you got coilovers and those only get worse. Those bastards will only eat through another set of shocks.

its not your springs that are shot. its more likley the shocks that are gone. You should try the simple bounce test. go to each corner of your car and push down on it as far as you can and let off. if the car bounces on the spring 2 or 3 times before it comes to a stop then that shock is done. the car should immediatley come back to its upright stopped position once you let off each corner. i take it your springs are set to low and your shocks just are bottoming out. if you want suspension you have to go all out with coilovers like eric says. it is expensive but oh well. any lowering springs that lower more than say 1.7 inches will wipe out our shocks in 6 months especially if you autocross.
