just as my subject line reads, yes, im back... i've finally re-registered back witht he new AR.com/ISS.com or Topendms site... but either way, im finally back... its been hell with all thats been goin on... i work a lot, and have finals this comming week so i must apoligize for my absence...
--just to vent...--
THEY BROKE INTO MY GODDAMN CAR AGAIN!!! THOSE FUCKING LITTLE COCK MONGING BASTARDS BROKE INTO MY CAR AGAIN!!! this time, there was less damage and only one thing missing .. but thats still 1 too many things... well let my describe the damage... i no longer have a front passanger side window.. the molding along the door frame is bent like gumby's penis, and there are shards of glass in my car like cookie crumbs in vasponger's bed... my console (that i had done the conversion with) is now in 3 different smaller pieces, defrosters and hazards do not work either. they broke my clock (its ok i have a spare laying around) and totally tore out my wiring. what little bastards did this, i have no idea... but what i do know is that it was a fast job and there was nothing i could do about it. well anyways, thats the news now.. im lookin for a new head unit and gotta fix everything tomorrow so i can at least be able to drive the car again..
but anyways... sorry... i really am. im like the celebrity that got popular, moved on and almost forgot where he came from... lol.. however, im not very popular, havent gone anywhere, and am simply too lazy to do anything other than go to work, eat, and poop (is it jsut me, or do i sound like a super street editor?)

Sorry to hear about your car. Someone tried to break into my car once by breaking my passenger window also. Luckly I removed the lock rods to the doors so they couldnt open it w/o the keyless entry button. I seen the little monkeys flee right as I got to my car. oooooo if I ever caught up to them theyd be part of the pavement.

car theifs are not cool. Just this past weekend 3 of my buddies DSMs got broken into. They snachted up numerous guages, AFC's, turbo timers, broken windows, one friend even lost his standalone fuel management system. Those arent cheap.

Sorry to hear about your problems. Yes I hate finals too. I think the shit that has added my troubles have been this 280$ speeding ticket I just got theother day. not cool. Stupid cops from bumble frick WI. Ahhhhhh

Then back to the theifs, Ive stoped them with my friend one time. We were down at his uncles body shop on 1st and get your self shot,. WE were gone maybe 5 min, and when we walk back to his joop, theres this guy upside down inside my friends joop (the e's looked like o's). So my friend steve is this 300lb big ass white guy. He just grabed the little man and tossed him about 10 feet.

yup definitly there was shop here that used to sell you stereo and then jack it back from your house with the address you right on the receipt. i always write different address on receipt and i only have people i really trust work on my car.

ya there was a stereo shop out here that did the same shit as the one you are talking aoubt.. they had your address an would get there shit back only to sell it to you again.. they did that mostly with the cars that they did alarms in.. that way they would just chip another alarm key an copy the car key.. its not stollen if you got the keys right... thats what a cop said to me one time...

well its been ordered... ive already got my head unit on the way.. its being shipped from crutchfield as we speak... i actually got it pretty cheap concidering its not my first head unit from them.. lol... but anyways heres what it is... its the Kenwood Excelon KDC-X769 (complete with sirius satellite)

yah i got it mostly for the audio quality tho... the excelon is a beast.. even has gold plated rca cables.. 5v preamp output and all that good mumbo jumbo... biggest deal i had was how it looked when it was off or when i had my faceplate out

i havent really heard anything on the xtant amps... the name is familiar but not their subs... just go with something u kno will work... JL audio, audiobahn, fosgate, lightening audio (its made by fosgate... same mother boards, different cases), or another brand.
oh haha, btw, my radio got put in.. and while i was there i decided to add in a MB Quart Discuss component system

covered? i wish my stuff was covered.. i paid outta my pocket for this one cuz i didnt want my insurance to go up... i ended up payin around 700 total...
$150 = new passanger side rear window, new door frame molding, new weather stripping for the passanger side door
$40 = new center dash console for mt dash conversion
$350 = kenwood eXcelon kdc-x769 head unit, dash mount kit, wiring adapters/harnesses, and shipping
$200 = MB Quart DSE component system
$35 = installation of radio and component system, antenna repair
*- i still need to fix my dash clock (doesnt work) = $50
*- replacement Hazard button/switch = $70
*- gotta retint the two front windows to match
but heres a quick picture of how the head unit looked installed with my new stuff...

i like how the xtant subs look and i hear they are pretty good subs, but no one had personal experience. they would just go better with the decor of my car and they are not cylindrical they are hexagon shape me likes. i like JL too but they look so bland i mean they are good performers but i like to see my subs looking all nice too.

he doesnt care. there different types of people in the scene there are the people who want recognition and they'll do watever to get recognition. there are the people who dont care for recognition and build their car for their own enjoyment. there are the idiots who look at another show car and make an exact duplicate. lots of different people in the scene. the eclipse guy's car was nice before and he says his system is a 125,000 one. well with 125,000 i would not get that car. i would rather get an sl, ferrari, cl something nice. he is blind by recognition. he thinks his car is better than a ferrari or any high end shit when it dont turn on

personally, in my opinion, a car is meant to be driven.. theres no point in having a trailor queen or a garage trophy... you have to at least be able to drive it... register it, break necks with it.
but yah, with 125000, you can do a lot more.. but the show scene is insane. with that much investment, he still doesnt win best of show everytime all the time. like joon said, there are a lot of people in our culture. some speed junkies, some show stoppers, street racers, and the ones who believe in the FnF... there are so many different types.. its just all a part of our culture...

hey joon, i'll talk to my friends who own a shop, n i'll c if they are interested in ur car.. ok? they do a lot of custom work.. even custom work for a hummer dealer. (in their shop they r working on a H2 for the dealer as we speak)

it takes a lot to get sponsored.. you've got to have some kinda package to offer a sponsor. you gotta be able to give as much as u recieve... cant just walk in expecting or hoping to get things. form friendships, bonds, and dont treat people any worse than u would like to be treated urself.
sponsorship can work in a variety of ways...
check out Rj DeVera's wheel website. hes written a few sponsorship articles that you guys can take a glance at if you really want to know more about sponsorship..
