Has anyone put Power Stop Brake Roters on their accord with regular brake pads? I was going to buy some for my front of my accord, but I heard some bad things about them like? Getting too hot and cracking. or wearing out too fast. Has anyone ran into any problems like this?

Do they fit the OEM brake caliper? I only have front disk brakes. I don't have a SE Accord with all around disk brakes.

Yup 91 Accord EX never came out with all around disk brakes only on the SE model. Then in 92 and after it came out on all the EX accords and SE. It sucks I want disk brakes in the rear. But I really don't have the use for them. My mechanic said the rear brakes are only suppose to keep the car straight when stoping. The front does 80% of the stopping power.

if u really want rear disc.. i tink you can take the rear of the 92 and swap the rear disc and the whole rear to ur 91.. i seen in a mag that showed how to do a 94-97 going shoeless lol i would swap if my 94 didnt have all disc.. easy for brake jobs...

I am going to just do the front brakes first with the brembo OEM fit brake roters. But later on I want to do the brake swap in the future. But does anyone know how much it would cost around? Also does anyone know how much work it is to add also the ABS computer. I know if I add disk brakes in the rear of my car I am going to need ABS. Because if I didn't have it. It would lock up on me and then I am fucked. Thank you for all your help.

yeah i got em off ebay the seller is nights auto so do a search for brembo accord then look for the seller nights auto, rotors are the same for the front for accords 90-07 (except wagon n v6 models) but some acuras are listed also b/c the too have the same rotors. front rotors off of nights auto are $97 and $25 for shipping, they also have an 800# that u can call n it's a real # b/c i called they are friendly and were good to deal with. so check em out.

I have the Power Stop rotors on the rear and have the Precision
Wilwood Big Brake kit on the front. No problems with the
Power stop dippled & slotted in the rear. I have been running them for
a couples year now and the pads are still good.

Matter of fact I had both of my front bearings changed when I had
the big brake kit installed and my axle boots were changed. I HAVE
ONE FOR YOU ALL. Is it possible that I just need a Front- end alignment?

EVERY time you mess with the suspension of a car, which includes brakes, you need an alignment. It takes a lot of force to remove some of the bolts and fasteners. Applying that force causes the car to move out of alignment 90% of the time. Therefore, 90% of the time you get your suspension worked on, you need an alignment.
