intake(200), header(200-350), cam gear(100-200), and full UR pulley set(320) all together shouldnt run you more than 900bucs, or exhaust is usually around 400-700

For $95 bucks Delta Cams will do a regrind for you.
1-800-562-5500

Specs:
Duration - 260
Lift- 410

This guy i spoke to Scott said you will gain power throughout the entire
RPM range, and the turnaround time is like 3 days.

Thats my next step. I have to get my water pump and timing belt changed, so while i have it apart i'm going to throw in the regrinded cam, and an adjustable skunk2 cam gear.

Save for the H22a swap. i went through the same thing and spent a couple grand on boltons when i should've just waited and got the engine. You're never going to stop wanting a faster car so just make teh jump first.

but you could make the f22 fast, it wold just cost a little more then other swaps out there...heheh like the crx that has the non v-tec f22b2 he is pulling 10.02 in the 1/4mile sure it is all drag.. but it is all motor at that.. so the possibilitys are out there, you just gotta have the funds to do it all..

Try this on: I imagine you're all stock? Your airbox actually sucks air out of a big-ass resonator, which in turn gets its air from the engine bay (you can see when you have a good look beside the airbox towards the fron of the car). This thing actually takes up the whole of the inner right guard, but they're easy to take out - a couple of clips. Now, when you take the airbox lid and crappy filter out, you can see straight through and to the ground. There you go - a genuine cold-air intake! This won't suck up water (unless you hit a puddle axle deep) and it draws air straight from out of the car.

Then, you make the hole in the bottom of the airbox bigger, so you get more cold air. Now remeber, all this hasn't cost you a cent bar some elbow grease, and it's all invisible too.

Grab a K & N panel filter (cheap as anything), and there you go. A lot of people adovocate retaining the stock induction piping, and if you fit a pod filter, that thing just sucks hot engine bay air. This way, it's cheap, and it works. You will feel the difference. Remember to reset the ECU (disconnect the battery for a couple of mins, hook it up, start and idle the car for about 10mins). Always do this with every mod you do.

Finally, take your spare, jack etc out, and start carrying a can of that goop you spray in the tyres in case of a flat....

Power you will feel, and damn near free.

the spray will get you back home, but in some cases it will make your flat unreparable...so get the road hasard insurance with your tires if u plan to use it.

alot of places will refuse to fix your tires if you got that crap in there.. i know the shop i worked at would not work on a car if it was in the tires at all.. it leaks down into the machines an starts to gunk it all to shit...

one quick thing you could do is adjust your throttle cable, take out any slack in it so you get immediate pedal response, dont adjust to the point to where your idle is off, only to where you feel instant response when you touch the pedal. That was the first true mod i did to my car, it's free and effective

yes this is true, i did that as well an noticed a good amount of responce in the car after adjusting the throttle cable.. but i also noticed a decreas slightly in gas mileage.. oh well...

its easy.. when you lift up the rear of the car, you will see where the control arms join up with the body of the car (its the one tht hangs over te rear tire).. there are two bolts... i wanna say they are 3/16 lossen those using a ratchet... when completly lossened the control arm an the rim will drop down.. place washers in behind the arm (were it meets with the body.. an place bolts back in.. lower car down an check to see if it is straight with the wheel well... just eye it, (it dont have to be stright as a nail though)... do one side then the other.. or do both by lifting it at the tow hook in the rear.. my car needed 4 washers.(i recomend doing one washer at a time to be safe) an get the most heavy duty washers you can find...
