has anyone experianced shifting into gears hard ? when im in first gear with my foot all the way on the clutch my car shakes a little like im coming of the clutch and its real hard getting into second and third theres no slipping and my clutch fluid is full .i just have to force my car to shift 1,2,3,4 gear is it my clutch or my transmission o and i do have a h23 swap with my stock f22 transmisson my engine has about 48000 miles while my trans has about 165000

maybee u need a new clutch? cuz thats kinda happen to my firends car.. he couldnt shift into gear but after a new clutch it werked..

it kinda sounds like you aren't fully engaging the clutch. maybe it can't travel far enough. just a thought.

Another thing it might is that you have air in the clutch slave cylinder. How long did you get the swap done? You could try bleeding the clutch hydraulics. I hardly think it's your tranny going bad, it could very well be a worn out clutch.

i was the clutch . the pressure plate gave out but i just bought a stage three clutch for 200 its going in tommorrow hopfully i will have everthing done before race wars in va

yea!! i was rite.. j.k.. good luck but if u are gonna do the clutch stuff. go with ACT or center____.. somethingl ike that and get a whole new kit.. so it is all new.. cuz if u are paying some1 .. get it all done at once.. i did.. shiz cost a grip!!! good luck.. hehe i was rite.. j.k agian haha

In addition to what 5speedCoupe said. If you can afford to, get a light flywheel while you there. Worth the money and save on labor!
